The CLX-2 grow light series consists of a dimmable LED lighting unit and a vertical ventilation system, which evenly distributes heat and humidity in a greenhouse. The units create a microclimate around each plant, caused by the vertical air movement in combination with the adjustable light intensity.
The CLX-2-3ch lamp is additionally equipped with three switchable channels, which you can activate independently of each other.

Voorsorteren op de toekomst vindt teler Bart van Leeuwen van kwekerij Huub van Leeuwen uit Naaldwijk belangrijk. Vandaar dat hij vorig jaar met een proef is gestart met full-LED lampen met ventilatoren boven een deel van zijn pot- en perkplanten. De eerste resultaten zijn veelbelovend, maar roepen ook weer nieuwe vragen op.
Minder remstofgebruik bij toepassing groeilamp
Onlangs heeft HortiTech een proef uitgevoerd met de toepassing van Climalux-groeilampen in de hortensiateelt bij Huub van Leeuwen Westland. Daaruit is gebleken dat door gebruik van deze groeilampen nagenoeg geen remstoffen meer nodig zijn. De hortensia’s in deze proef werden niet belicht, de groeilampen werden vooral gebruikt vanwege het verticale ventilatiesysteem.
