Climalux is a Dutch company based in Hoek van Holland, that fully focuses on the development and production of high quality grow light systems for vegetable and ornamental crops based on the New Cultivation (Het Nieuwe Telen) method. And with success.
Climalux owner Frans van Bergen and his team initially chose to use fans to cool the light. As time progressed, the focus shifted to the role of the fan in optimising greenhouse climates, resulting in improved microclimates, a uniform airflow, a lower RH and stronger, more resilient plants. The combination of these factors makes the difference.

Today, all the grow lights, control units and power supply units are developed and produced in-house in the Netherlands. This enables Climalux to retain control of every project, as modifications can quickly be implemented and production and delivery times are not reliant on third parties in other countries.
