Compact design results in less shading in the greenhouse
The Climalux SMC 4000 power supply is a 4kW stepless dimmable LED-driver, that supplies power to a maximum of four CLX V1000 grow lights. The PSU works on a stand alone basis and can be operated externally via the Climalux Horticulture Control Unit. It can be connected to external horticultural process computers such as Hoogendoorn, Priva and Ridder, in compliance with the Horti Lighting Protocol (HLP).
The external PSU has a lower starting current and very high electrical efficiency. The SMC 4000 is steplessly dimmable and can be controlled independently for work and/or grow lights. As the hardware is included, the light retains its compact form and creates fewer shadows in the greenhouse. The user enjoys greater flexibility in light positioning and more fixtures can be connected to a single PSU.
