CLX V1000

Daylight and plants have been the inspiration for the development of this artificial lighting source. Plants have been growing alongside the sunlight for thousands of years and take from this daylight what is needed for the growth and flowering of the plants. We have imitated the colours of sunlight, the atmosphere and clouds in the CLX V1000, where a special focus was laid on ripening. The combination of the spectrum and smart steering technologies have made it possible to precisely steer the crop, which aligns with the principles behind Plant Empowerment.
The CLX V1000 is suitable to act as the sole artificial lighting source in the greenhouse, since the light source possesses all of the required qualities: light colour, light intensity (μmol) and heat.

Energy efficient

The CLX V1000 makes use of energy efficient LEDs, which can create the desired light level with limited energy. Next to that, the in-house developed steering system makes efficient use of energy.

Energy saving

The CLX V1000 makes use of a unique way of heat dissipation, through an independently controllable fan. This means that energy, that otherwise would be needed to heat up the greenhouse, can be saved.

Increased and direct controllability of the climate

The CLX V1000 can be dimmed from 100% to 0% with high efficiency, which makes it possible to achieve the desired light level throughout the year. The independently controllable fans can create an active climate, which has a more even moisture balance: microclimate control.

Increased production

The advanced control, steerability, heat supply and CO2 in an active air flow can be used to achieve a higher production.

Very low light interception

The light fixture of the CLX V1000 is small, which was one of the key features taken into account when designing and developing the light source. Next to that, the Power Supply Unit (PSU) is fitted apart from the light source, between the crops, where it does not intercept any light meant for the crops.

Lower levels of pests and diseases

The fan can be switched on even if the lights are switched off. The active ventilation has a positive effect on the disease levels in the greenhouse. The constant airflow ensures diseases and pests are not as prevalent.

Made in The Netherlands

The majority of the parts are produced in The Netherlands by Dutch suppliers. The entire assembly takes place in Hoek van Holland by Dutch experts with knowledge of the market.

Fits in the principles of Plant Empowerment

During the researches and commercial trial runs, the light source has proven to be very adaptive in combination with the principles of “Plant Empowerment.”

Carefree installation and use

The CLX V1000 in installed by professionals. Each light source has its own IP address and can be monitored and controlled from a distance, which also means maintenance can be done quick and efficiently.
